Our services
Our purpose is to help people reach their potential and live well in their communities. We do this through our values and actions, directed by the ambitions and objectives we set through our strategy.
In Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield we provide care to:
- adults of working age (aged 18 to 65) with a mental health need;
- child and adolescent mental health services;
- older people (over 65) with a mental health need;
- people (mainly adults) with a learning disability.
In Barnsley we also provide:
- community physical health services including:
- stoke rehabilitation;
- neighbourhood nursing;
- children’s services;
- community rehabilitation;
- services for people with long-term conditions; and
- primary care and preventative services.
In South Yorkshire we provide:
- low and medium secure forensic services for people with a mental health illness and/or learning disability.
We also provide wellbeing services, including Yorkshire Smokefree services in Calderdale, Wakefield, Doncaster, Barnsley and Sheffield.
